广西“人工智能+制造”成型起势！2025年工业领域人工智能核心产业产值突破890亿元

本报讯（广西云-广西日报记者沈程 通讯员牟宇粱）1月22日，由自治区园区办、自治区数据局、南宁市人民政府联合主办的2026年南A东盟谷项目签约仪式暨项目路演对接会在南A中心举行。此次为南A东盟谷今年首场签约活动，共计超20个项目在现场集中签约，其中东盟企业合作项目6个、A超项目5个，涉及越南、泰国、马来西亚、菲律宾等多个东盟国家，覆盖医疗、物流、文旅等多个领域。据介绍，南A东盟谷以中国一东盟地理信息与卫星应用产业园（地信产业园)为核心载体，整合五象创新型产业基地二期、三期和南向电子信息产业园等产业载体资源，联动南A中心展示中心、广西人工智能学院等多元平台，通过空间聚合、协同发展，构建了五象核心园区“一轴引领、三组团协同”的发展新格局，可孵化面积达24.5万平方米。此次签约入驻南A东盟谷的国内外优质AI项目，将有助于南宁进一步完善人工智能产业生态链，强化与东盟国家在相关领域的产业联动，为区域经济高质量发展注入强劲动力。“广西拥有多语种人才储备和东盟小语种数据积累，为语料库建设提供天然基础，且本地高校积极开设人工智能、语言学交叉学科，为项目提供人才与技术协作空间。”现场签约的越南籍企业家阮氏雪表示，将联合南宁本地高校及东盟国家机构，设立“人工智能语言技术联合实验室”，开展语料标注、跨境机器翻译等产品研发，同时试点建设“中文+技能”产教融合基地，邀请东盟企业参与课程设计，并逐步推广至越南、泰国等东盟国家产业园区。本次对接会特别设置路演环节。捷佳润科技集团股份有限公司、广西品格智造生命科学研发有限公司等5家企业代表依次上台路演，推介分享AI先进技术和产品。活动现场还举行了项目服务对接会，医药健康养老、金融创新、智慧农业、跨境电竞电商、工业交通、科教文旅六大核心领域现场分组洽谈，相关企业与行业主管部门就应用场景、业务合作、融资需求等进行面对面沟通，助力企业精准匹配应用场景，高效对接合作资源，实现供需两端的深度耦合。

Among them, the scale of imports and exports to Vietnam exceeded 300 billion yuan for the first time, an increase of 5.4; imports and exports to Indonesia, Singapore, and Myanmar all grew by more than 40%. Imports and exports to Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and the European Union were 121.95 billion yuan, 51.1 billion yuan, 47.12 billion yuan, and 28.15 billion yuan, an increase of 27.4, 21.6, 15.8, and 46.3 respectively. With the continuous optimization of the business environment, the vitality of Guangxi's foreign trade subject continues to increase. National-level specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises and Guangxi's leading industrial enterprises have increased their exports by 21.6 and 18.4 respectively. Driven by effectively undertaking domestic industrial transfer and deepening opening up and cooperation, Guangxi's industrial economy has grown steadily, which has strongly supported the high-quality development of Guangxi's foreign trade. 近日，自治区人民政府办公厅印发《广西深入实施“人工智能+”三年行动方案（2026—2028年）》（以下简称《方案》）。《方案》提出，到2028年，广西将全面建成中国—东盟国家人工智能应用合作中心，智能经济核心产业产值突破1000亿元的工作目标。《方案》明确，将聚焦国家所需、广西所能、东盟所盼，坚持“北上广研发＋广西集成＋东盟应用”的发展路径。到2028年，实现新一代智能终端、智能体等应用普及率达80%，形成150个标志性智能产品和品牌，打造200个标杆应用场景，培育引入50家服务东盟的龙头链主企业，建成20个人工智能领域创新平台，打造一批人工智能园区，推动广西全面步入智能经济和智能社会发展新阶段。根据《方案》，广西将实施“人工智能+”科学技术、“人工智能+”产业升级、“人工智能+”消费提质、“人工智能+”民生福祉、“人工智能+”治理能力和“人工智能+”东盟合作六项重点行动。在科学技术领域，打造面向东盟的应用集成高地，以人工智能技术驱动科研范式变革，高水平建设广西人工智能实验室，加快建设“AI+地球科学”“AI+金属新材料”等标杆级应用平台。在产业升级方面，助推钢铁与有色金属、食品加工、现代绿色化工、特色林业、机械及高端装备、能源、纺织服装等重点产业高质量发展，助力全产业智能化转型升级。在消费提质方面，广西将推动人工智能与金融、文旅商体、交通等深度融合，培育智能新消费。支持南宁建设面向东盟的“人工智能＋金融”先行区，推动金融机构数智化转型和人工智能场景应用，提升服务实体经济能力。推动景区、商圈智慧化转型，以人工智能赋能民族文化创作与传播。加快西部陆海新通道数字化建设，推进平陆运河经济带要素大模型、“平陆云脑”和数字孪生管控平台建设。广西还将拓展人工智能在“好房子”全生命周期的应用，提升人民生活品质，共建智能社会。构建全域智慧健康服务体系，支持在防城港试点建设人工智能医院。推广人工智能教育应用，探索智能学伴和智能教师等人机协同教学模式，并逐步推进大中小学人工智能通识课程全覆盖。此外，为提升治理效能，广西将借助人工智能技术强化在政务服务、生态监测、边境防控、应急管理等领域的应用，提升政务、安全、生态的现代化治理能力。在东盟合作方面，建设人工智能安全实验室，深化与东盟国家“人工智能+反诈”合作，推动与东盟国家共同制定人工智能安全标准规范。同时，依托中国—东盟网络视听产业基地与海外传播平台，联动东盟本土企业团队，支持人工智能技术在面向东盟的影视剧本创作优化、虚拟摄制、特效制作、语音翻译以及视频生成等全产业链的深度应用。在南宁、北海等地建设面向东盟的人工智能时代影视基地。

1月13日，中国—东盟区域医药交易（集采）平台交易金额突破1000万元仪式在南宁举行。活动现场，齐鲁制药集团与泰国药品贸易和分销公司Pinyo Pharmaceutical成功签署采购协议，达成2026年平台首单超千万元交易，标志着该平台在畅通中国—东盟医药贸易通道、优化区域医药资源配置方面迈出坚实一步。中国—东盟区域医药集采平台是我国首个面向东盟国家的跨境医药区域集采平台，自2025年1月正式运营以来，依托防城港国际医学开放试验区，致力于通过数字技术搭建线上医药采购与交易渠道，为中国与东盟医药供需对接提供便利化、规范化服务。“平台打破了跨境医药贸易的资讯壁垒与供应链障碍，成为我国医药企业‘走出去’的重要载体。”齐鲁制药集团总裁李燕介绍，此次签约的注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠等优质产品将通过平台更快惠及泰国患者。企业将以此为契机，借助平台优势，寻求合作机遇，不断拓展与东盟各国的医药合作空间。现场签约的泰国采购商代表、Pinyo Pharmaceutical总经理塔纳功·奈纳为平台的效率点赞。他认为，该平台从根本上改变了企业确定合作伙伴、评估产品质量和开展跨境医药业务的方式。“过去需要几个月的协调工作，现在只需几周甚至几天，大大提高了我们对市场需求的反应能力。”塔纳功·奈纳表示，随着平台建设、运行持续完善，必将对提升东盟地区医疗水平起到极大促进作用。自治区医保局局长张奕介绍，经过一段时间的建设运营，中国—东盟区域医药集采平台已取得阶段性成效。截至目前，平台已吸引224家国内头部医药企业入驻，涵盖化学药、中成药、生物制品等多个领域，挂网展示药品达1020种、医用耗材设备2418类，形成了品类丰富、质量可靠的优质医药供给体系。同时，已有19家国外采购商进驻，累计收到来自越南、泰国、俄罗斯等多个国家和地区的170余种药品耗材采购需求，平台“跨境医药合作新窗口”的效应日益凸显。

This year, the team plans to launch ASEAN's first rice smart farm construction project in Indonesia, integrating Beidou navigation, UAV remote sensing monitoring, intelligent irrigation, precision fertilization and other cutting-edge technologies to build a "farming-planting-pipe-harvest-transportation" full-process digital management system to help Indonesia improve the scale and standardization of rice production, enhance food self-sufficiency, and create a demonstration model for China-ASEAN smart agricultural cooperation. "Our palm garden machinery has landed in Indonesia for nearly 8 years." Gao Qiaoming said that during this period, the layout of China's agricultural machinery in ASEAN has been upgraded from a single hardware output to an overall solution output integrating technology, models, and talents, providing Chinese wisdom and Guangxi solutions for the modernization of tropical agriculture.
