    2月11日，在中国广西南宁站，中越国际联运旅客列车列车长黄俊杰在乘客下车后巡视检查列车情况。    当地时间2月10日晚9时许，中越国际联运旅客列车由越南河内嘉林站驶出，开往中国广西南宁。    中越国际联运旅客列车自2025年5月25日恢复运行起至2025年底，已有约200对列车往返运行，累计运送近两万名乘客，极大方便了中越两国民众出行。

2026年2月5日，老挝至中国的500千伏跨境输电线路顺利完成全线贯通，相关工程已具备送电条件，计划于今年4月正式启动电力输送。据介绍，该输电线路全长177.5公里，起点为老挝北部乌多姆赛省那磨3号500千伏变电站，终点为中国云南省西双版纳傣族自治州景洪市（即老挝方面所称“清盛/清荣—西双版纳方向”）500千伏变电站。其中，老挝境内线路长32.5公里，中国境内线路长145公里。<img src="https://static.gxrb.com.cn/image/uploadpic/20260208/b5521d1e55c8804d82c4941d6e318d15.webp" data-id="13931368" data-mime-type="image/jpeg" data-size="71125" data-original-name="640.webp" data-ext="webp" data-time="undefined" data-save-path="image/uploadpic/20260208/b5521d1e55c8804d82c4941d6e318d15.webp" data-filename="b5521d1e55c8804d82c4941d6e318d15.webp" data-domain="https://static.gxrb.com.cn" data-width="700" data-height="525" data-describe="null"/>老挝境内线路由老挝国家输电公司Electricite du Laos Transmission（EDL-T）负责建设，自2025年2月25日启动立塔架线；中国境内线路则由中国南方电网（China Southern Power Grid）负责实施。根据工程规划，该输电通道在正式投运后将实现双向输电，输电能力约150万千瓦，每年可输送清洁电力约30亿千瓦时，主要来自老挝北部地区的水电站和太阳能电站，预计每年可减少二氧化碳排放约250万吨。老挝官方媒体报道称，在工程建设过程中，相关单位持续按照ESG（环境、社会与公司治理）原则推进施工，尽量减少林木砍伐和生态破坏，并同步实施补植复绿。同时，项目方还在输电线路沿线70米范围内开展历史遗留未爆弹清理作业，以保障施工和周边居民安全，并为线路途经的5所当地学校建设配套图书馆设施。公开资料显示，老挝国家输电公司EDL-T成立于2021年3月11日，为老挝国家电力公司与中国南方电网的合资企业，其中老挝国家电力公司持股10%，中国南方电网持股90%。该公司主要承担老挝境内230千伏及以上高压输电网络的投资、建设和运营任务，目标是提升老挝全国输电系统稳定性，并推动老挝与中国及周边国家的跨境电力互联互通。

“哈喽，大家好，我是黄氏庆玲。今天，我将从广州南站乘坐高铁回到东兴市站，再通过海关回到越南。以前回家都是坐大巴，要七八个小时才到，自从有了高铁，一切都不一样了。”谈起五年前的求学路，黄氏庆玲非常感慨。那个时候防东铁路还没有开通，从越南汪秘市到广西南宁上学，她要先到东兴口岸再乘车前往防城港北站

data-describe="null"/>2025年7月，东兴市站开通了直达广州南站的动车，全程仅四个半小时，黄氏庆玲回家就更快了。今天，黄氏庆玲抵达南宁东站，原本计划换乘D8347次列车14点30分开，在车站客运员的指导下，她顺利改乘更早的12点43分开的D8343次列车，这样就能更快抵达东兴市站。13点56分，列车准点抵达东兴市站，黄氏庆玲带着为家人准备的中国礼物走出车站，想到再过两小时就能见到家人，她的脸上满是喜悦。在春运中感受便捷
